HYBRID Cultural Competency Training--Free
Join us in person or via Zoom for our cultural competency training, taught by Shana Pughe Dean, Associate Director of Social Enterprise.

BONUS: A guest speaker from staff will join the training to discuss their personal experience.
Training Objectives
+1) Identify 2-3 cultural factors effecting interaction with patients from diverse backgrounds
+2) Obtain NEW information about 1-2 immigrant / refugee populations
+3) Understand the importance of using language support for interaction with non English speaking patients
