Stay Young, Strong Bones (SORP & 50 Forward Program for 60+)

A program to help refugee seniors 60 + years old stay active. Starting Wednesday October 25th, 2023. Register now.

This free 14-week exercise program for people over 50 years old was developed at Tufts University.

The program helps improve bone density, reduces falls, improves arthritis symptoms, and increases flexibility and strength.
