Vendor Schedule

  • 9:30AM – 11:00AM Setup time
  • 12:00PM - 4:00PM Event time
  • 4:00 PM – 5:30 PM Breakdown 

Vendor Rules:

  • Vendors must stay for the entire event
  • Vendors must provide staffing for their own tables
  • Donation solicitation is prohibited
  • All areas must be kept clean and organized
  • All trash must be removed by vendors
  • Vendors will be provided with one (1) table and two (2) chairs. Any additional
    chairs or tables must be secured by the vendor or requested in advance
