Join us on at MVCC as we host a vibrant community event honoring the rich cultural diversity that defines Utica—a city shaped by generations of immigrants and refugees who have made it their home.
As part of the event, we invite your organization to showcase your work and extend your outreach!
All participating organizations will be highlighted in the Many Cultures. One Community. event programming.
The registration fee for this year's event is $25.00.

Vendor Schedule
- 9:30AM – 11:00AM Setup time
- 12:00PM - 4:00PM Event time
- 4:00 PM – 5:30 PM Breakdown
Vendor Rules:
- Vendors must stay for the entire event
- Vendors must provide staffing for their own tables
- Donation solicitation is prohibited
- All areas must be kept clean and organized
- All trash must be removed by vendors
- Vendors will be provided with one (1) table and two (2) chairs. Any additional
chairs or tables must be secured by the vendor or requested in advance
