- Update: Refugees / Immigrants in the Mohawk Valley Region
- What is culture?
- Time Orientation, Group Orientation, Communication Styles
BONUS: A guest speaker from staff will join the training to discuss their personal experience.

Training Objectives
+1) Identify 2-3 cultural factors effecting interaction with patients from diverse backgrounds
+2) Obtain NEW information about 1-2 immigrant / refugee populations
+3) Understand the importance of using language support for interaction with non English speaking patients
