Many Cultures. One Community.
VISION
The Center envisions a thriving, inclusive community where refugees and migrants are empowered to build fulfilling and self-sufficient lives. We aim to support their aspirations by meeting essential needs, fostering belonging, and advancing best practices in resettlement for those coming to Utica.
MISSION
The Center welcomes refugees and migrants as they make their home in the Mohawk Valley region. Our team is dedicated to providing refugees and migrants with compassionate support by partnering with community organizations, local agencies, area municipalities, and elected officials to ensure a dignified and inclusive settlement experience. Through ongoing services, education, and personalized care, we strive to ease the transition to a new culture, facilitating individual and family homemaking in our region.
