Join us at 'Many Cultures. One Community.' - Now Seeking Vendors, Walk Participants, Sponsors

Join us on Saturday August 9th from 12:00pm - 4:00pm at MVCC as we celebrate Many Cultures. One Community. with a walk, food trucks, cultural performances, vendors, and family fun.

On August 9th from 12:00pm - 4:00pm we will host the Many Cultures. One Community. event at MVCC campus. If you have joined us for World Refugee Day in the past, this event will feel similar.

Highlights for the event include:

- A Walk in Their Words - This will start at 12:00pm following opening remarks. During COVID we had this walk to celebrate together even though we were apart. Stories from immigrants and refugees will be provided as digital links for participants to listen to while they walk. Individuals must register to receive an event t-shirt and the stories. T-shirts will feature the poster design.

- Cultural Performances from 1:00pm - 4:00pm

- Vendors

- Job Fair (12:00pm - 2:00pm)

- Children's Activities
