COVID Community Navigator Program at The Center is hosting a vaccination POD (point of distribution) this Thursday, October 21st from 2:00 pm – 4:00 pm in partnership with Upstate Family Health Center. They will provide Pfizer 1st & 2nd doses, as well as booster shots (for 12 years & older) and flu vaccines (which can be administered at the same time as the COVID vaccine or booster. Just bring your health insurance card).

- - Any youth will need to be accompanied by a parent or caregiver who can provide consent for the child to receive the vaccine.
- - No appointments/registrations necessary - walk-ins welcome.
- - We will have Arabic Burmese, Karen, and Spanish interpreters available.
- - Call us at (315) 738 - 1083 for assistance in any language
